Like most people in today's world it can be very easy to get caught up in the fast-moving pace. You may have experienced this situation, sitting in front of computer key board,, punching on the keys trying to get that report completed that's due the next day. You can hear the phones ringing in the back ground and it seems like every five minutes someone is coming up to your office door and lightly knocking on the door jamb, as they are walking in, asking “do you have a moment?” Life can be fast-moving and overwhelming, but think about this,  close your eyes, take a deep breath and imagine....

It’s mid-July in Ocean Shores Wa. you're driving onto the beach approach, the sun rays are shining through the dust on your windshield, the vibration of the asphalt under your tires has just changed to a soft smooth feeling in the steering wheel as you pull onto the beach. You can see and hear the waves just ahead of you as your turn onto the hard pack sand, you turn off the radio, roll down the window and your senses kick in, the sound of the crashing waves increase with the sound of a seagull in the distance, the smell of fresh clean air with a hint of salt lingers inside of your vehicle. You travel down little further down the beach and noticed there is no one around so you stop your vehicle. You turn the ignition off, lean your seat back, take a deep breath and just feel the stress fall away while watching the waves through your windshield. As you sit there, taking everything in and forgetting what was happening just hours ago, you that moment to collect yourself and admire the peace and quiet that only the beach can give. Reaching down you slip off your shoes and socks and open the car door and take the first step onto the soft sand as it slips through your toes. One step leads to another and you feel a light breeze against your face as you walk off towards the Ocean.
